This notice explains how VidsByUluc (vidsbyuluc.com) processes your personal data, in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK no. 6698) and applicable privacy principles.

1. Data controller

VidsByUluc acts as the data controller. Contact: hello@vidsbyuluc.com

2. Categories of personal data

• Identity & contact: Name, email, phone — collected only when you submit the contact form or place an order.
• Transaction data: Order amount, billing address, payment references — collected only when you purchase a tool.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, visit time — processed for anonymous analytics and security, only with your consent.

3. Processing purposes

• Responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form
• Managing orders, processing payments, delivering digital goods
• Fulfilling legal obligations (invoicing, taxes)
• Maintaining site performance and security

4. Legal basis

Data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2 (contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest) and Art. 5/1 (explicit consent).

5. Recipients

Personal data may be shared with our payment processor (Iyzico), cloud hosting providers (Supabase / Vercel) and email service providers — strictly to provide services to you.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to:

• Confirm whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information about processed data
• Request correction or deletion
• Object to processing
