2. Essential characteristics of the product/service

Products sold are digital downloadable items including LUT packs, video color presets, Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects templates, plugins and sound packs. The nature, format (.cube, .prfpset, .mogrt, .aep, .wav, etc.), size and compatible software information of each product are specified on the product detail page.

3. Sale price

The sale price of each product is shown on the product detail page and order summary in Turkish Lira, including all taxes. The total amount is clearly indicated before order confirmation.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through Iyzico secure payment infrastructure with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Troy branded credit/debit cards. Single payment or installment options are presented on the payment page.

Your card information is never stored by VidsByUluc; it is processed directly on Iyzico's PCI DSS certified secure payment page.

5. Delivery

Digital products do not require physical shipping. After payment confirmation, a secure download link is sent to the email address provided on the order form within 5 minutes. The download link is valid for 7 days and contains the full, licensed version of the product.

6. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts of the Republic of Türkiye, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantaneously in electronic environment and products in the nature of digital content. The product is deemed performed the moment the download link is delivered to you.

If you identify a technical defect in the product, you may contact us at hello@vidsbyuluc.com within 14 days from the date of purchase; the situation will be reviewed and an appropriate solution will be offered.

7. Dispute resolution

For consumer disputes, District / Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits determined each year by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.

8. Confirmation

Before completing the order, the BUYER acknowledges that they have read and electronically confirmed this Pre-Sale Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract.
