Distance Sales Contract

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Contract is concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER for the sale and delivery of digital products purchased through the electronic environment, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts of the Republic of Türkiye.

3. Subject of the contract

The subject of this contract is the digital downloadable products (LUT packs, color presets, video templates, plugins, sound packs, etc.) that the BUYER orders electronically from vidsbyuluc.com. The nature of the product, its price and the total sales amount including all taxes are communicated to the BUYER on the order confirmation page.

4. General provisions

4.1. The BUYER declares that they have read and acknowledged all preliminary information regarding the essential qualities of the product, its sale price, payment method and delivery, and has provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2. The product is of digital nature and does not require physical delivery. Upon completion of payment, the product is delivered to the email address specified by the BUYER as a secure download link.

5. Payment and price

The cash sale price including all taxes is the amount specified on the order form. Payments are processed via credit card through Iyzico secure payment infrastructure. The SELLER does not store credit card information in any way.

6. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15, paragraph 1/ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, contracts for services performed instantaneously in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Accordingly, the right of withdrawal expires the moment the download link is delivered to the BUYER.

7. General

Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, and Consumer Courts of Istanbul for values exceeding that, shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the application and interpretation of this contract.
