Refund & Withdrawal Policy

1. General

All products sold through VidsByUluc are digital downloadable content (LUT packs, color presets, video templates, plugins, sound packs, etc.). This page outlines the right of withdrawal and refund conditions applicable to digital products.

2. Cases where right of withdrawal does not apply

Pursuant to Article 15, paragraph 1/ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts under the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers of the Republic of Türkiye; "contracts for services performed instantaneously in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal.

Accordingly, the digital product is deemed performed the moment its download link is delivered to you, and the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. This is clearly declared in the Pre-Sale Information Form before order confirmation and the BUYER's approval is obtained.

3. Technical defect or faulty product

If you identify a technical defect in the product purchased (e.g. corrupted file, missing content, format different from description, software incompatibility, etc.), you may contact hello@vidsbyuluc.com within 14 days from the date of purchase with the following information:

  • Your order number (in VID-YYYY-XXXXXX format)
  • Product name and order date
  • Detailed description of the issue you encountered
  • Screenshot or error report if possible

Your application will be reviewed within 5 business daysand one of the following solutions will be offered:

  1. Free delivery of an updated version with the issue fixed
  2. Exchange for a different product in the same category
  3. Refund of the amount paid if the issue cannot be resolved

4. Refund process

In case a refund is granted, the amount paid will be returned to the credit card used for payment via Iyzico within 7–14 business days after refund approval. The refund duration may vary depending on your bank's processing time.

5. License cancellation

The license of refunded products is revoked and the BUYER is obligated to delete the product from all media. If commercial or personal use of the product is detected after a refund, the BUYER will be invoiced for twice the product price.
